Wellness Wednesday: Strawberry Orangesicle Smoothie

Remember those orangesicles we used to love as kids? Well, this isn't the SAME thing, but it's a great alternative in the form of a healthy smoothie. It's packed full of vitamin C, antioxidants, fiber, and omega 3 fatty acids, and it's also super delicious and easy to whip up. Here's how to make it!

What You Need (Makes Two Smoothies)

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 navel orange, peeled
  • ½ cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 tbs flax meal
  • 1 tbs maca powder
  • Drizzle of agave

How to Make This Strawberry Orangesicle Smoothie

  1. Add each item to your blender
  2. Blend on high for about a minute
  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy
