Happy New Year! Start 2022 off on the right foot by kicking your breakfast up a notch with this delicious AND nutritious Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie. It's loaded with vitamin C, healthy fats, and adaptogens (thanks to the maca powder).
What You Need (Makes Two Smoothies)
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 2 tbs flax meal
- 2 tbs hemp protein powder
- 1 tbs shredded coconut
- 1 tbs maca powder
- Drizzle of agave
How to Make This Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie
- Add each item to your blender
- Blend on high for about a minute
- Pour into glasses and enjoy
